1. Scope of application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) apply to the use of the website and the interactive Scrum tool "Rocket Poker" provided by Accso via the website "https://rocketpoker.accso.de/".

(2) Use is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB (hereinafter referred to as "User").

(3) No contractual relationship in the civil law sense exists between the Provider and the User. Use is voluntary and at the User's own risk.

(1) The provider makes available via this website a browser-based Scrum Poker tool that can assist companies in estimating work packages within the framework of an agile development process.

This user name must not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person and can be chosen as any alias or pseudonym. There is no obligation to use a real name or other personal data.

3. Scope of use and availability

(1) Use is free of charge and takes place in the version provided. There is no entitlement to specific functionalities or permanent availability.
